Sheri Gundry
Sheri Gundry has been a leader in various areas of Children’s Ministries at The Embassy for over 8 years now. She is a 3rd year B.Th. student in Child & Family Ministries at Master’s Bible College & Seminary. Sheri is a professional artist (www.reachingintoheaven.com) who has been recognized by peers in the Arts through various juried shows and awards and she teaches art in various aspects to people of all ages. She also does prophetic art and teaching within the church context and paints live at conferences both in Christian and secular spheres.
She has a heart to see creativity used as an inclusive tool in our communities with a strong focus on special needs groups, and has just established a charity to do that called Art With A Heart Inc. finally, Sheri has a crazy counterpart called Sunflower The Clown who entertains within the community through crazy antics, fabulous facepainting, balloon twisting, and silly tricks.
Sheri has a heart that is for acceptance of others, for inclusion, for healing and rebuilding, and for seeing the love of God shared with others in the naturalness and the divine encounters of our daily lives. Sheri also has a strong faith to believe that our God is so BIG that He can use us to do BIG things to change lives around us in our being salt and light in our circles of influence, in our communities, in our nation, and worldwide.
