Kandis Orge
Kandis was born in Alberta, and yes my friends it is a part of Canada! She grew up there her whole life until a crazy long haired man with a beard swept her off her feet and brought her to a strange new land called Ontario. She has been happily married for a whole year and looks forward to the next 80! When kandis was 11 she gave her heart to Jesus, was baptized at 12, played christian until 1999 where she re-dedicated her life to Jesus and completely sold out to him. At 17 she entered bible college (the second youngest student there), taking the 4 year Bachelor of Arts in Theology with intercultural studies major at Vanguard College in Edmonton. During her time in college she was given the oppourtunity to explore the world, going to the Ukraine in 2001 for the first time, the first time ever being on a jet, or even travelling, and fell in love with the country. This inspired her so much that in her second year, she worked a part time job and took extra classes so she could joing the HMS extreme team in 2002 to travel back to Ukraine and minister to the people she loved. During that second visit she stayed back with the local missionary and set up her 3rd year internship. Arriving home 2 weeks before 3rd year began, Kandis pretty much did her whole third year in 1 semester, and travelled back to Ukraine and ventured into Slovakia for 6 months. During that time she had taken russian and Ukrainian classes to prepare her for her trip. The main ministry was to work with Street Children in government shelters and on the streets of Kiev, and all over ukraine. In Slovakia she assisted her friends young adults pastor in a retreat and their local church ministry. Leaving was really hard for Kandis and starting her 4th year was difficult. She knew she had to go back, and desperately wanted to see the kids she had so hard worked with, prayed for, cried for, and sacrificed for. In November of 2004, Ukraine had a political turning point, their elections where deemed false and an international outcry came to the country of Canada. While watching the news one night she seen a link to go to to register and she knew it was God. She applied and at the last minute flew to Ottawa to begin her 10 day trek to Ukraine as an international elections observer for Canada. Being the youngest person chosen, as well one of the 500 people out of 6000 who applied, felt God had his hand on the whole mission. The event happened over Christmas 04 and she has never forgotten that time in her life. Her last journey to the ukraine happened in 2005. She represented Global Youth Missions as a liasion to Canadian teams who travelled to Ukraine to start a YC there. The other amazing ministry she got to represent was Street Invaders, who opened many doors later on.
After College, Kandis was hired as a youth pastor in Alberta and remained in her first ministry for 10 months. After a period of searching and figuring out life, she went back to her grass roots and started ministering at her home church. The church is called Ignited Church, and it is an apostolic church, under the network called the Ripple Network with the leadership of Kenn Gill. She had the amazing opportunity to raise up the youth of that church whom for some had known her since they were born! She had many opportunities to expose her self to ministries like G12, Dan Baker, Dave and Judy Allen, Terry and Melissa Bone, Bethel in Redding California, be annointed with fire oil from the revival in Flordia with Todd Bentley, Bobby Connor, and Russ Klein. After a short and amazing time in her home church, she stepped down and got married!
Now her goal is to become more grounded in the ministry God has called her and her husband to, and to prepare for the ministry he has for them. Kandis loves working with young people, and has a heart for Inner healing and deliverance.
What do you often eat for your breakfast?
Cereal, but my fave is cinnamon toast crunch or a bagel with jam

I LOVE the nightcrawler so I think I would want his ability to go through doors.
If I take a look inside your refrigerator what would I find?
Not much.
If you found yourself in a bohemian country and were stranded, you could only take one of these three things what would it be and why? A Pencil, a monkey, or a unrestrainable desire to chase after red objects.
hmmmmm… probably a monkey, it would be like alladan and i could call him aboo.
Do you speak with your dog?
if he lived here yes, hes very understanding and talks back

How would you react if you are transformed into a Goat?
lol, ask my old youth group what my nick name used to be!!! lol Anyways I would run and jump like the telus commercials.

If you could choose to be any food, what would it be?
theres so much to choose from, pumpkin pie with extra whipped cream!

big macs are gross, quarter pounders are good… dont think ive ever tried a whopper..

Yes, but if you asked my aunt or mom, they would say NEVER

I Dont drink coffee, if I HAD to choose it would be a starbucks caramel machiatto with 1 espresso shot (grande) and extra vanilla

both are amazing, thats like asking beach or snowboarding..

they are the same people!

Dog by far, dogs are loyal, cats are jerks..

You are walking down the street on your way to work. There is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. Your boss has told you if you are late one more time you get fired. What do you do?
Save the dog, then go to work and quit.. doesnt sound like I liked the job that much because I was always late..
What is your quirkiest habit and how long have you had it?
Thats a hard question, i have ALOT of pet peeves and you will know it. I can quote alot of movies, and be wierd sometimes…
Are eyebrows considered facial hair?
thats a glass half empty/full question.. I will say poshibly
How do you feel about carrots?
they help your eyes apparently.. not that they helped mine but im not indifferent to them.

multicolors, so i never got bored!
